All
network responsibilities including project management, purchasing and staff
supervision.
Administer
all network management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications.
Develop automation techniques to deploy applications and achieve established
objectives. Interact with the Executive Team concerning financial forecasts and
budgets.

Designed
and implemented the Microsoft Active Directory currently in use for all Alachua
County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) departments.

Designed
and implemented the DNS topology currently in use for the entire Alachua County
BOCC network.
Ø
Introduced
and led the implementation of the first VPN/Remote access technologies in
Alachua County Government. This VPN technology is still in use today as the
primary VPN remote access for all BOCC employees.

Converted
BOCC public meeting Agendas from paper to electronic web based agendas using
E-Agenda. The E-Agenda project involved extensive documentation and meetings at
the highest levels of county government. I organized and actively participated
in training 100+ users including upper management for the E-Agenda project.
